Product Description

This harness is designed to work with the following PBX systems:
– Panasonic KX-NS700 (North America) and
– Panasonic KX-NS500 (South America, Europe, Asia, Africa & Australia)

This EZCORD is 36 inch in length and designed specifically for use with Panasonic KX-NS5162 2-Circuit Door Controller Cards. It has two (2) 8-pin plugs and two (2) 8-pin jacks. One plug is inserted into the Jack Labeled Door Phone of the DPH2 Card and the other into the jack labeled Door Opened. The EZCORD then translates the factory wiring into industry standard wiring as follows:

Jack #1 (Door No. 1):
– Pins 4 & 5 = Door Phone Audio
– Pins 1 & 2 = Door Opener Closure
– Pins 7 & 8 = I/O Sensor Pair

Jack #2 (Door No. 2):
– Pins 4 & 5 = Door Phone Audio
– Pins 1 & 2 = Door Opener Closure
– Pins 7 & 8 = I/O Sensor Pair

The final result is a universal wiring scheme that can be plugged directly into any 568a or 568b patch panel.

Each KX-RJ5162 EZCORD has two (2) 8-pin RJ45 jacks that are color-coded in BROWN with the single word “DOOR” for EZ identification.
